Silence, loneliness are abstract nouns, lonely is adjective, while mourn is an adverb.. like language, eye sight also produced by the senses and then conveyed accepted as a stimulus then responded but the determination of the heart is formed by faith

My silence means I’m tired of explaining my feelings. I don’t have the energy to explain them anymore. Sometimes my silence means pain. It can be painful to talk about what hurts, it’s painful to tell someone they hurt you and to show them how vulnerable you are. Other times my silence means not knowing what to say, not knowing if what I say will make a difference, not knowing if it will make matters worse.

When you’re too tired of explaining something and no one wants to hear about what you’re saying, I think silence is the best choice.
